BOGNOR REGIS AND DISTRICT DOG
TRAINING CLUB CODE OF CONDUCT *All Trainers, Assistant Trainers, Committee
members and helpers must respect their responsibilities to members
and members dogs (or handlers and handlers dogs) at all times. *Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards any
other Committee /Trainers/Members will not be tolerated under any
circumstances. *Smoking is not permitted at any training
sessions. *Mobile phones should be turned off or on
silent during training sessions. *Trainers shall respect the views and
independence of others and will not publicly denigrate their conduct
or opinions in any way. *No-one should be subjected to intimidation or
made to feel alarmed or distressed or put in fear of reprisal.
Harassment is a criminal offence and Bognor Regis and
District Dog Training Club adopts a ZERO tolerance towards all types
of harassment activity. *Use of Social Media. Do not discuss any situations involving named
or pictured individuals on a social media site, the club will not
tolerate this type of behaviour and a warning letter will be sent to
the offender/s.
REMINDER There is no such thing as a private social media site. *You are personally responsible for the content
you publish on blogs or any other form of user generated content.
*Trainers will not attempt to attract business
unfairly or unprofessionally or conduct their practise in any way
which would discredit the reputation of Bognor Regis and District
Dog Training Club. *Trainers should not partake in any activity
which may be deemed to be a conflict of interests to Bognor Regis
and District Dog Training Club.
